A Mitutoyo waterproof digital caliper suitable for use in the presence of coolant or cutting oil. Hardened stainless steel construction and equipped with standard outside and inside jaws. ABSOLUTE System scale for error free, high-speed measurement. SPC data output. Can be utilised in a workshop where coolant, water, dust, or oil are present. The rest of the characteristics and price are identical to those of conventional items. To assure quality and reliability, a complete inspection with an air leak test is carried out. • The display is simple to see with large LCD characters. • Incorporates Mitutoyo's ABSOLUTE measuring system; • Simple to operate - sophisticated design styling with only one button • SPC data output models can be linked into statistical process control and measurement systems without the need to reset the origin. Outside and inside  dimensions, depth, and steps can all be measured. • The LCD display is turned off automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity, but the ABS scale unit origin is saved. When the slider is moved, power is restored. • Measurement data can be translated to keyboard signals and directly entered into commercial spreadsheet software using a simple interface input tool. • A standard inspection certificate is included. (However, because it is undated, it cannot be used as a calibration certificate.)
