Because there are two versions of this product, they function slightly differently. The 6000 model includes a built-in sensor and displays temperature and humidity separately, with the ability to switch between them with a button press, whereas the 6100 includes an external interchangeable temp/humidity probe. The external probe model is ideal for applications that require testing while standing at a distance from the area (1m probe lead included as standard). Both models have a temperature range of -20 to 50/70°C with a resolution of 0.1°C (°F) and an accuracy of 1°C 1 digit. They can also measure humidity from 0 to 100% RH with a 0.1% RH resolution and a 2% accuracy (10 to 90% RH).
