For applications involving steam condensate or high purity water, the SE 604 coaxial conductivity sensor is used. With the Memosens digital version, the sensor's vast measurement range for ultrapure water is 0.001–1,000 µS/cm, and with the analog version, it is 0.001–500 µS/cm. This coaxial two-electrode sensor can be mounted in almost any orientation by the user. The sensor features strong stainless steel electrodes stacked coaxially, as well as straight threads. The sensor is readily cleaned by operators because of the removable exterior electrode. Furthermore, all conductivity measurements are precisely corrected for the temperature of the process media thanks to an integrated temperature element.
