The Sous Vide Thermapen thermometer was created specifically for Sous Vide cooking and other applications that require precise temperature measurement. This Thermapen model includes a miniature stainless steel needle probe with a 1.1 x 60 mm reduced tip. When not in use, this folds back through 180° into the side of the instrument.
